| The objective of the study will be to identify soil characteristics which are most responsible for the poor growth of sugarbeet in affected areas. Initial observations point to magnesium as a possible limiting nutrient. Therefore, a number of crop nutrient products containing magnesium (Mg) will be studied for their effects on sugarbeet yield and quality. |
