Objectives
- To evaluate the desi and kabuli species of chickpea under varying management treatments to develop agronomic production practices for the various agro-ecological regions of southern Alberta. Specific questions to be addressed include:
1. Chickpea response to inoculation and the ability to meet all crop N requirements?
2. Chickpea response to P fertilizer based on soil levels and crop yield?
