Effect of fertilization on the yield and quality of medicine crops in Anhui Province

Radix paeoniae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae are famous perennial and traditional Chinese medicine herbs in Anhui province. The area of the herbs covered 70,000 ha in bozhou county of Anhui and occupied 10% of that in China. The poor nutrient management in history result in the yield and quality of these herbs decreased in recent years and also brought some issues in local soils and groundwater environment. To study the better nutrient management strategy for local hers production.
