    Experimental Design: A two way factorial RCBD

    Treatments:
    I) Potassium: 1) 0 kg ha-1
    2) 15 kg ha-1
    3) 30 kg ha-1
    II) Sulfur: 1) 0 kg ha-1
    2) 20 kg ha-1
    Location: Indian Head - one site on heavy clay and one site on sandy loam
    Cultivar: AC Maria
    Plot Size: 40 x 13 feet
    Previous crop: winter wheat at one location and canola at another
    Cropping system: Direct seeding with one pass

    Saskatoon - one site on loam
    Cultivar: AC Maria and Keet
    Plot Size: 12 x 8 feet
    Previous crop: fallow
    Cropping system: Conventional tillage

    Time: This study will be conducted for two growing seasons.

    Data Collection:
    1) Soil test: 0-6 inches, 6-24 inches, N, P, K, and S bulked across the rep
    2) plant density
    3) Tiller density
    4) plant height, (2 per plot)
    5) lodging,
    6) Leaf Mottle
    7) days to maturity,
    8) grain yield,
    9) test weight,
    10) 1000 Kernel weight
    11) weather data from on site weather station
